·This prevents payment from being taken for an item without a confirmed delivery path.

Shipping and tracking

·The retailer displays stock, shipping cost and estimated delivery before you pay.
·After checkout, the retailer sends your receipt and tracking information.
·Available countries and delivery times depend on the retailer and your address.

Partner offers — consoles, VR, bundles

·Some items are sold by trusted retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, Currys and Walmart rather than by us.
·You buy directly on the retailer's site, at their price, with their warranty and returns policy.
·Nova Supply may add tracked commission links after approval; the current links simply direct you to the retailer.
·Delivery, tracking and support for partner items come from that retailer.

If something goes wrong

·Contact the retailer shown on your receipt for delivery, cancellation, return or refund help.
·Retailer orders are covered by that retailer's own warranty and returns policy.
·Nova Supply does not collect payment or hold your order details for these purchases.
